GroLinx Terms and Conditions

Your subscription grants access to the GroLinx software platform, tools, and services. Fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All payments are non-refundable, and pricing is subject to change with notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Include your full name, account email, and cancellation request. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused service time.

Your subscription does not include the cost of outbound services such as:

• Emails (email marketing or transactional)
• Text messages (SMS/MMS)
• AI-powered tools (chat, copywriting, automation)

These are billed separately based on actual usage. You are responsible for monitoring and covering all charges generated by your account.

You may not move, sell, or replicate your GroLinx account or assets to another white-labeled version of the Go High Level platform. Any attempt to do so is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate termination without refund.

You retain ownership of all customer data, contacts, and content you upload. GroLinx may access your account and data only as necessary for support, troubleshooting, analytics, or to ensure compliance with these Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, and communication laws, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act
• TCPA
• GDPR (if applicable)
• Other applicable consumer protection laws

You are solely responsible for obtaining consent before contacting individuals through the platform.

You may not use the platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails or SMS
• Promote illegal, hateful, or pornographic content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

GroLinx is a licensed reseller and support provider of the Go High Level platform. We are not responsible for service interruptions, bugs, outages, or third-party issues originating from Go High Level. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We aim to maintain high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or third-party service issues may cause temporary downtime.

The platform and services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” with no warranties of any kind. GroLinx disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All payments are final. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. Please contact [email protected] to resolve billing concerns.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
